Every photograph, and all the writing, design and layout on this site, belongs to Volkanova Photography or is used with permission. They are protected by copyright.
You may look at the site, and you may link to it. You may not copy, download, re-post, crop, edit, apply a filter to, print, or otherwise reproduce any photograph from this site, and you may not use any of it to train a machine-learning model, without written permission. Removing or obscuring a credit is not permitted either. Asking is usually enough, and the answer is often yes.
What an inquiry is
Sending the inquiry form starts a conversation. It does not book a date, hold a date, or create a contract. A date is held only when a signed photography agreement and its retainer are both in place. Until then the date stays open to everyone.
Prices published here
Collection prices on the pricing page are the current published rates for the coverage described beside them. They can change, and travel beyond the areas named on that page is quoted separately.
A written quote is what binds. If you have already been quoted a price, that quote stands on its own terms regardless of what this site says later.
The guides and articles
The planning guides here describe permits, venues, seasons and timing as they stood when each piece was written. Fees change, park rules change, and venues change their policies. Treat the guides as a working photographer's notes, not as legal or official advice, and confirm anything that matters with the agency or venue before you rely on it.
