The investment

Wedding collections

Sacramento and the Bay Area

Three collections, shaped around how much of the day you want kept. A full wedding day is eight hours with two photographers, at $4,500.

The whole day, told your way

Choose your coverage

Every collection carries the same planning, the same guidance, and the same care in the edit. What changes is how much of the day is kept, and how many cameras are keeping it.

Behind the camera

A note from Viktoriia

I photograph a wedding the way a good film remembers its favourite scene. Honest light, and the seconds nobody planned.

You will not be posed. I give small prompts, then I step back and wait. Most couples forget I am there by the middle of the day, and that is when the photographs start to be worth keeping.

I read every inquiry myself, and I reply within two business days.

How it works

  1. 01

    You send an inquiry

Tell me your date and a little about the day. I reply within two business days with availability.

  2. 02

    We talk

A call, about half an hour. We walk through the shape of the day, the light, and which collection actually fits it.

  3. 03

    Your date is held

A signed agreement and a retainer hold it. Nothing else is needed until closer to the day.

  4. 04

    We plan it together

A timeline we build between us, so nobody is guessing on the morning of the wedding.

  5. 05

    The day, then your gallery

A first small set within a couple of days. The full gallery on a date you already know.

Good to know

Questions couples ask

Which collection covers a full wedding day?

The eight hour Story. It reaches from getting ready through the first dances, which is the shape of most wedding days. Six hours suits a compact celebration that ends early. Ten hours is for days that start before sunrise or run to a late send-off.

Why two photographers?

One camera cannot be in two rooms. While I am with you, the second photographer is with your partner, at the back of the aisle, and in the room you are not in. We come as two on every wedding, so this is not something you have to buy.

What holds our date?

A signed agreement and a retainer. Dates are held in the order they come in, and I do not hold one without both. The balance is due before the wedding.

Do you travel?

Sacramento and the Bay Area are part of every collection. For Tahoe, Yosemite, the coast and farther out, travel is quoted with the collection, so the number you agree to is the number you pay.

When do we see the photographs?

A small set within a couple of days, while you are still in it. The full gallery follows on a date you know before the wedding.

How many photographs do we get?

Around five hundred for an eight hour day, more for ten. Every one is finished by hand. I do not send unedited files, and I do not pad a gallery with the same frame five times.

What if the day runs long?

Hours can be added at $350 each, up to two, and it can be decided on the day itself. Nobody has to make that call months in advance.

We are awkward in front of a camera.

Almost every couple tells me this. You will not be posed. I give small prompts and then step back, and by the middle of the day most people forget I am there.

No two days run the same way. If yours does not fit one of these three, tell me what you are planning and I will shape the coverage around it. Multi-day celebrations and destination weddings are quoted on their own.

Want to see the work first? Full wedding days, elopements and engagement sessions. If you are still deciding, this is what I would ask a photographer.
